Welcome to Shukran, a mobile application designed to help users report, find, and recover lost and found items. By using the Shukran app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Shukran app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You must comply with applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• Sharing accounts is prohibited.
• Shukran may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Content

Users must NOT:

• Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent reports.
• Post sexual, pornographic, harassing, or inappropriate content.
• Post illegal, violent, hateful, or abusive material.
• Exploit or endanger minors.
• Impersonate others.

Each user is fully responsible for the content they submit. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Matching System Disclaimer

Automated matches are suggestions only. Shukran is not responsible for incorrect matches or user interactions.

6. Payments, Cancellation & Refunds

• Paid services may be canceled within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds are only granted if the service was not misused.
• No refunds after 14 days.

7. Wallet Policy

• Wallet balances and rewards expire after 1 year from issuance.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Shukran is provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses, damages, or failed recoveries.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the app.
